A spoonful of sugar sketch and Award Awarded!
Hi all hope you are all well and looking forward to the weekend I know I am!!!
My fellow PFP DT member Caryn has done a fab sketch for ASFOS this week... so I had to have a go.
I used this GF image which is coloured with promarkers the papers, brads and flowers are all SU and the spacers are from my sash.
I received this award form the lovely Natalie who I am proud to call a friend.
I can only pass this onto one person and I have decided to pass it onto GINA who has also been with me from the beginning and like Natalie is in the SBS9 and PFP DT team (Gina is one of the bosses!!)no favouritism going on here just genuine thanks for all the help and support these girls give me.
Unlike Natalie I have never met Gina but I just know we would get on, she is a very kind thoughtful person.
1. You can only pass this award onto ONE person, not to be put on display for anyone to pick up.
2. Give the reason why you chose the person to pass it onto.
3. If you are you lucky enough to receive this award again, rule 1 and 2 apply.
4. Display these rules with your award.

Passion for Promarkers Challenge number 9
Well here we are again week nine at PFP this week we have a great sketch and beautiful colours supplied by Maria.
So you need to use COOL AQUA AND PASTEL PINK and we would also like to see you use Maria's fabulous SKETCH below.
I have used this lovely Greeting Farm image she is just so cute and these gorgeous Blueberry Hill papers, and of course she has been coloured with promarkers.
Now just to prove to you I am as bad at not listening properly as the next person!!
See below my first attempt, yes I forgot to use the sketch!!!
Now I must admit I do prefer the DT card image because I prefer the colour of her hair, what do you think?
Thank for looking Sue :o)
Honey and a wonderful award
I have received this fabulous award from my friend Natalie but I can only pass it onto one person so I need to give this some thought... I will be back later with my thoughts!!
Honey at Blaise Castle
Come on dad throw that ball!!
I have no card to share today, it is my 35th wedding anniversary so hubby and I took a day off work so we could take honey to the seaside for the day.
The weather has been kind and very sunny most of the time just a few showers of rain, but when we arrived at Burnham which is about a 30 mile drive from were we live only to find they do not allow dogs on any of the beaches between May and Sept.
Now as a responsible dog owner I find this very frustrating but I am sure there are others who have strong feelings about allowing dogs on beaches too.
We had some fish and chips on the sea front which just has to be done when you are at the seaside!! this is the only time I eat them.
Poor honey was like a coiled spring as she was expecting to have a god run...we had her bag with her beloved tennis balls and thrower and water bowl and water but she just couldn't understand why she had to stay on the lead.
On the way home we stopped at Blaise Castle which is a local beauty spot with lots of space for everyone...dogs included and a lovely time was had by all.
These ball are all mine I tell you!!
Thanks for looking

Whiff of Joy now available for Pre-Order
Happy Birthday James!
My Nephew will be 13 next week, my brother and his family live on the Devon/Cornish boarder and James is a keen surfer.
Helen kindly sent me some of the new summer magnolias and this Edwin was amongst them.
I made this card for him but now I am having doubts because Hubby says it is too babyish!!!
It is so difficult with boys of this age and I am sure he will only be interested in the money inside anyway.
What do I do give in and go and BUY a card gosh that sounds like a dirty work!! or do I just give it to him and risk making him a laughing stock amongst his piers.
Thanks for looking Sue :o)

PIF Award
I have been given this award by the lovely Natalie thanks Hun much appreciated.
The whole thing started with the movie "Pay it forward". The role model of Haley Joel Osment, gives a great deed to another person. The only attach to the one who receives it, is that he/her has to promise to give something that matters to others. A simple demand, that may not be as simple that it sounds? Someone has now taken this principle further, and made it into a gift. The rules are simple - everyone can join, and only 3 rules have to be fulfilled:
1. You must have your own blog, so that you can spread the message.
2. You must like to make others happy.
3. You must ship your 3 gifts within the next 365 days.
I am going to chose Michelle, Helen and Tracy
Tracy please can you send me your address.
Just a little note I am changing Internet provider tomorrow so if I go missing you know why.
Sue :o)
